Galaxy Nexus Official Announcement

Today, Samsung and Google officially announced the Galaxy Nexus smartphone. The event was broadcast live on YouTube from Hong Kong.

Galaxy Nexus is the first smartphone to run Android 4.0, codenamed “Ice Cream Sandwich”. This is a major leap forward for Android, as it unifies the smartphone and tablet development lines, to form a single codebase for devices going forward.
